She stuck with us at every turn through several walk throughs in a wide variety of locations, four offers, four inspections, tons of paperwork, numerous communications with other agents, and one preclosing inspection and finally … a closing😊 Melissa was always easy to reach and returned calls very quickly. Besides her engaging personality, I was struck by her notable communication skills. She is honest and competent in fully understanding the local housing market. Through her network of connection with all the other players in this industry, she played a key role by removing any other remaining obstacles to the agreement until a final deal between the seller and the buyer had been reached. She even acted as a go between the two lawyers on the case! I would certainly and highly recommend her for any future real estate transaction.
